Our Staffing Services are National / Global from our current presence in Chicago, IL; Phoenix, AZ and Del Mar, CA locations.
We staff all types of healthcare entities, organizations, corporations, call centers, retail and manufacturers.

What's Our Process?

.  A Client Engagement call / video / in-person meeting is scheduled.  
.  A Dedicated Delivery Team is assigned to the client engagement.
.  Delivery timelines and deliverables will be adhered to according the client agreement.
. Weekly bi-weekly client status calls will be conducted by the delivery team.

.  The Team Contact work with the client and hired candidate throughout the entire process including on-boarding, and status checks after hire.

When Do We Receive Candidates?

Direct Hire: 
Top candidates will be submitted to our client within 10 - 14 days from our client kick-off call.  Our delivery ranks nationally / Globally in the Top 1%.

Contract / Temp - To - Hire: 

Qualified candidates ready to start will be submitted to the client within 24-48 hours of signed client engagement.  The client has the choice of Ready to start or  interviewing the candidates first.  Our delivery team will make recommendations according to the staffing project. 

Temp - Hire positions:
There is no  additional charge for a permanent placement conversion after 640 contracted hours by our contracted candidate for the client.  If the client chooses to hire the candidate permanently prior to the completed 640 contracted hours, there is a minimal fee% charge.
